Exercising
Today’s CW last day with IBM. We managed to come back early. Marina was not at home. I told CW, I want to go down to exercise. It should be on Wed, however, was to drag tired (ok, it’s just lame excuse again) to go down. Thus, today, I told myself, no more excuse!
I told Kent, let’s go down to play ball.
We went down and Kent was excited and runing around with his ball. This is my first time down here after they built some exercise facilities 3 months ago (Actually, it’s my first time down here since 3 years ago) I tried some of the facilities while watching over Kent running around.
These facilities are gym-alike but without any weight on it, but leverage using our own body mass (or mess? hmmmm). After a while, CW came down with Marina riding on her bicycle. So, I told her I’m gonna walk around backward! Yes, BACKWARD! I read it from some books, it help to unwind our stress and joints and muscles.Â
Thought it does ont look difficuit and it’s mere short distant (I think it’s about 200meter to complete 1 round), i told about 5min and after finished one round, I’m already sweat and my legs are really tired. My bum and ass is aching and I think it’s good start. I should do it once a week as according to my Short term goal!
I should be fortunate and do not need to pay for those gym club faciility in order to exercise. I think my weight (85kg) is heavy enough for me to lift myself in those gear.
