Tired!
My full time job (Just - Over - Broke! ) is dragging me and i feel so so so so tired each night!
Many issues especially:
- need to bridge between client and vendor. I’m just like a sandwish squashed between 2 parties!
- manage changes
- manage expectation
- manage misunderstanding
- manage finance
- manage standards
- manage time!
Well, this are all PM task and that is what i am supposed to be hired to do. But now, it go overboard and i’m almost out of breath…need to find time to build my online business!Â
My online business, sites, I have not been doing anything about it for last 3 days. Came back, settle with both kids and by the time, they sleep, it’s almost 10:30pm and when i make Kent (my son) sleep, many time, i doze off even before he!
However, I have not stop writing my daily goals. So far on my plate:
- Building IWG site (refer and studying how theIWG.com managed to magnetized visitors)
- Building innerworkz.com CD site and Vern is helping me.
- Making CD for BB’s shop.
- Listing CD in ebay.sg and yahoo.sg
- ATM with Adam and Vern. Still meeting if we should continue or not! it’s matter of time vs committment. As all of us are not good in focusing and we tend to drift away!
I must really spend some time to think about this! How to resolve my time, priority and building my internet business!
