Ranging from $300 - $500.
Went for one provider, later told me that they can only use flash. So, i have to reject him and go for another one.
While paying my first payment, did not get thro and stupid eLance do not take Singapore Issued Credit Card. So no choice, email provider for alternative. They given me another paypal account, and i pay them directly.
Uploaded the mp3 from Marina for them to used.
