Gary Lamb Music Site - Thumb down for Customer Service

Gary Lamb royalty free music.  I sent an email to them last Friday and followed up with an email yesterday reminding them about the cost to send his CD to Singaproe (As mentioned in his website to send email to check the freight cost).  But to date, no reply! 

it seems like the company that he outsourced his shopping cart are not working or they are not willing to check for me1

This was actually a exteremely bad customer service!  Ignoring their client totally without any acknowledgement nor reply.  I send out another email today and cc to garylamb.com.  Hopefully that gary will take out the matter.

Why do I still stick to him, well, his royalty music CD (set) is the cheapest that i have found so far and also, his music is pretty nice too!  So, what to do….unless I can find another value for money set, i may just purchase without the freight charges!
