Thus, built this site http://www.StJudeIntercession.com sometime in April 2006 for myself and others to thanks him.
I tried adwords for 1 month to drive traffic there and the clicked-thro rate is about 1.5%. Costed me about $50 and managed to ranked #2 in Google when search for “St Jude Intercession”. However, after i paused and stop adword, it drop till no where.
I posted in Catholic forum and promote the site in my signuature. To date, still have new people signing (about 2/week) and click thro my adsense…was miserable. Anyway, it’s not the point of earning, but a site for people to deposit their prayer and thanksgiving.
It was nice to read someone have their prayer answered.
I tried to advertisement in Singapore Catholic News, but they rejected my request as the clerk say “I don’t know what you post in your site and I have no time to find out” So, i shall think about other ways to market the site.
Found out that I can print flyers at 10000 piece for only $390. So maybe I should look into it.
