What is Passive Income

Wednesday, September 27th, 2006

I had lunch with Heng Whye yesterday and this is the first time, we really, actually met up and talk over lunch.  Though we have know each other for almost 10 years, but we have never came out to meet by ourselves.

Heng Whye left SQ 2 years back.  He join WBG MLM 4 years ago.  He took almost 2 years to general enough income from MLM to meet his expenses before he make the big leap away from monthly stable income from SQ.

We talk a lot and covered many subjects.  One of the topic discussed were about passive income and financial free.

Best time for goal setting

Wednesday, September 27th, 2006

In my last post, I mentioned that we should set goal clearly and daily.

Now, the question is, when is the BEST TIME?

Of course, it’s in the morning.  Not just in the morning, it should be FIRST Thing in the morning!

Yes, that’s what I mean!  The first thing when you wake up, instead of brushing your teeth, you should start writing your goal!  Your daily goal!

Visualization

Monday, September 25th, 2006

Visualization is a very important step in goal setting.

I have a blue convertible beatle photo on my desk.  On it, I edited my own photo and carefully placed it in the driver seat.  I had shown it to John and he was amazed that it look real as if I’m driving it.  As such, when I’m in office, i can see the picture and see myself driving the beatle.

On Saturday, after Novena, we went to Serangoon for lunch.  While driving out, we saw a private property open house.  As such, we stopped and went in to take a look.

It’s a 4 stories semi-detach.  When entering the main gate, it’s a car pouch which can take in 1 car.  (Hmm….if I want to have 2 cars, then, I need to park one outside.  Then walk up a flight of steps to enter the main door, which is the main hall.  about the size of our current master room.  There is another flight of steps that divided the dining hall and the living room.  and the kitchen is an open concept and look bright.  Through the kitchen’s window, we can see the neighbour which is behind the house clearly.

Yes!  Published!  My first post with eZine!

It’s not easy to pass the moderator!  BUT, I MAKE IT!

http://ezinearticles.com/?Think-and-Grow-Rich-Methology&id=299473

Now, awaiting for my other article on Secret reveal, whlie I also submitted my 3rd article on goal setting.

I see that in order to pass the moderating, firstly, cannot have too many links and cannot be “promoting” myself!  So have to find a way to write and reframe of overselling myself!

It’s time to submit to “B” list.

Rosary Program Update 6

Wednesday, September 20th, 2006

This time, it’s was almost 75% of what I am looking for except for the followign:

Auto:

  1. Your flash did not show  nor recitation of “mystery”  It should be auto select from Joyful, sorrowful, … according to the day of the week.  Please refer to the pdf file that I send you last time.  (Though I only have mp3 for joyful and sorrowful, but you can use it for testing by changing the PC date)
  2. When i switch from auto to manual and back to auto again, it lost the continuality.  say I finsihed first mystery and into 2nd mystery and on finishing my third bead (Hail mary), then i switch to manual, i should continue from there and prompting me to clicking the forth bead and continue from there…then, say, if I “manual” till 7th bead and switch to “auto” again, then it should be auto from 8th bead onwards….(Not sure if you can achieve this)
  3. I notice the karaoke effect of the prayer, at time, pause for a while, then suddently, highlighted the whole lines and then go to next line and pause a while again ….(this is minor, but good to fix it)

Just found out that there is error for tayfamily.net and thisisjusta.com sitemap.  So after reviewing the error, resubmit again.
